We have a unique opportunity for a Part Time Chef to join our busy site in Virginia. This Monday to Friday role offers real work life balance covering breakfast, lunch and function activities!! The successful person will be an experienced Chef with background across a broad range of cuisines, ideally coming from within commercial or retail catering environments. Bring your culinary genius and join our kitchen brigades to create superstar quality dishes! 

About You:

  • Chef's Trade Qualifications with at least 2 years+ experience
  • Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control
  • Ability to contribute to menu ideas that explore fresh and locally inspired ingredients 
  • A comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen operations and exciting latest food trends
  • Play a part in monitoring allergen and dietary awareness 
  • An applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
