THE POSITION
Prep and cook all items across our broad menus and daily specials
Deliver to our Client's high expectation of a premium experience
Taking responsibility for the food production and be versatile to work across all stations
Build positive relationships with our internal and external customers
Adhering to all relevant health and safety and food safety standards
THE PERSON
Trade Qualified Chef
Able to work autonomously and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
Minimum 5 years experience in within a high paced & high quality a la carte environment
Excellent and Innovative culinary skills
Be motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
Solid knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
