The Positions:

• Full-time roles with weekend and additional function hours as required

• Prepare high-quality meals for all daily services and events

• Maintain catering standards and follow OH&S, HACCP, and waste reduction practices

• Support kitchen operations, including stock, deliveries, and cold room monitoring

The Person (Chef / Cook):

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience

• Previous experience in commercial kitchens or function catering

• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and allergen management

• Passion for quality food, attention to detail, and teamwork

The Person (Apprentice):

• Enthusiastic to learn a career in commercial cookery

• Willingness to follow kitchen standards and procedures

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Commitment to safety, hygiene, and quality
