$37.95 per/hour + Penalty Rates + 12% Super  

• Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm and some public holidays

THE POSITION

• Execute catering across our elite corporate venues designing dishes for functions, banquets, and cocktail events.
• Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
• Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
• Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control.
• Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided.

THE PERSON

• Chef's Trade Qualifications
• Driven and self-motivated individual who is capable of working autonomously
• A comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen operations and exciting latest food trends
• Strong attention to detail
• An applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations.
