THE POSITION
Mostly Monday- Friday 11:00-19:00 and one shift being 06:00-14:00.
Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students
Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
Monitor stock and minimize wastage
Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation
Parking available on site
THE PERSON
A qualified Chef with Cert 3 and 4 in Commercial Cookery
Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
All-rounder experience and able to cook Savoury & sweet desserts
Able to have a valid working with children's check & Police Clearance
Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
