Ideally you will have experience working within a commercial catering environment, possess strong people management, staff development and training ability, and display exceptional time management and business management techniques. This role would be a great opportunity for a seasoned Chef looking to step up into a senior role. The successful candidate can expect to be supported by an established & experienced team. Roster will be across a 7 day operation.
The main responsibilities will be to maintain excellence in food and service standards and to ensure a high level of customer and client satisfaction. It is also envisaged that the successful applicant will quickly develop their abilities to enable them to take control of day to day operation.
