$80,000 + Superannuation
- Monday - Friday | Day time hours with the occasional evening or weekend function
- Located at Seton College in Samson
- Working with a great team and experienced chef to cater for the clients retail spaces and events

The Position:
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations
- Prepare and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals and catering services
- Drive food safety, compliance, and workplace health and safety standards
- Manage food costs, ordering, stock control, and budget performance
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen team members
- Build strong relationships with school stakeholders and the wider college community
- Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences
The Person
- Qualified Chef with relevant trade certification
- Previous experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or similar leadership role
- Strong people leadership and team development skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements
- Experience managing budgets, food costs, and operational KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for creating high-quality food and positive customer experiences
