Here's a great opportunity for a passionate foodie to come and join our team as a Part Time Chef at the Coles Distribution Centre in Truganina. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure the food offered is delivered to an exceptional standard.  This opportunity is on a Part Time basis, working predominately Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend.

Key Duties

• Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
• Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
• Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation and stock control.
• Uphold a fantastic customer focus at all times

The Person

• 2+ years experience as a Chef in a high volume environment
• Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
• Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
