At Janet Clarke Hall, we combine the modern and fresh culinary sensibilities of high-street dining with the traditional and comforting as we roll out our menus across this large and thriving site. Due to ongoing growth, we are now seeking a Full Time Chef to work closely with our Head Chef to assist in the ongoing success of the culinary team.

- Contribute to menu ideas that explore fresh and locally inspired ingredients
- Play a key role in creating daily and weekly specials
- Keep a keen eye on stock control, wastage and labour
- Be a champion for food safety
The Person
- An unwavering love of food and the art of cooking
- Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
- Experience in stock control, ordering, management of food costs, and budgeting
- Passionate about healthy and nutritious eating
- Have a genuine passion for using sustainable practices and local produce
