THE POSITION

This role involves working evenings and weekends as the senior supervisor on-site during dinner service, confidently leading the team and handling any challenges that arise. You will also build strong relationships through clear and professional communication with boarding supervisors and the Boarding Director, ensuring smooth and enjoyable operations for all.

• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals daily for students
• Assist with functions and events throughout the year
• Monitor stock and minimize wastage while maintaining hygiene standards
• Deliver healthy meal choices and guidance to students
• Work independently and as part of a team, with bulk cooking experience

THE PERSON

• Minimum Cert. III in Commercial Cookery
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
• Experience with bulk cooking and supervising a team preferred
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Passionate about healthy, nutritious food
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
