We currently have a Full time Chef opportunity based at our exclusive school in Pymble. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Chef who is looking for work life balance. We are looking for creative Chefs that can;

• Contribute to menu ideas that explore fresh and locally inspired ingredients 
• Collaborate with the wider team to create weekly, monthly and seasonal specials 
• Play a part in monitoring allergen and dietary awareness 
• Assist and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of all our offerings ensuring it is delivered to an exceptional standard

For us, attitude and passion for the culinary arts are the best credentials! However, we would like you to: 

• Have a trade qualification, either Cert 3 or 4 in Commercial Cooking 
• Bulk cooking and functions/events experience, either within a hotel or from a catering background.
• A desire to be up to date with modern cooking techniques 
• A passion to drive healthy and nutritious menu options
• An applied knowledge and understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
