What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with menu and dietary requirements
• Apply food safety, hygiene and workplace health procedures
• Maintain food safety documentation and compliance standards
• Manage stock control and stock rotation
• Support efficient kitchen operations and minimise waste
• Contribute to a positive dining experience for residents

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook within hospitality, healthcare or aged care
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and food safety practices
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and positive workplace culture
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday
