The Position
Supervise kitchen operations, prepare, cook, and present food, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Receive, store, rotate supplies, and communicate inventory needs to management.
Maintain hygiene, presentation standards, and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Develop industry knowledge through training, updating skills, and maintaining certifications.
Apply catering control principles to reduce waste, control portions, and manage stock effectively.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies in all kitchen activities.
The Person
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Prior experience in a similar culinary environment
Ability to work under pressure with professionalism and positivity
Team player who can also work independently
Flexible, reliable, and physically fit
Strong communication skills and hardworking attitude
