THE POSITION

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence

Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in line with Compass protocols

Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach

Support large-scale functions and volume catering with precision and efficiency
-
Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, stock control, and OH&S requirements
THE PERSON
-
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (mandatory qualification)
-
Strong understanding of café-style cuisine and modern food trends (advantageous)
-
Highly organised and efficient, thriving in a dynamic environment
-
Collaborative team player with the ability to work confidently and independently
-
Knowledge of food safety, HACCP principles, and OH&S regulations, with experience in large-volume or function catering preferred
