• Full time Position Monday to Friday - Take back your weekends
• Rotating roster between 6am and 7pm

The Role
- Prepare, cook and present food
- Work alongside with events team for customized menus and costing.
- Maintain consumer satisfaction
- Develop menus to meet special dietary and cultural needs
- Plan, prepare and display a buffet
- Take responsibility for ordering and stock control
- Coach junior chefs in their job skills
- Work with colleagues and customers
- Prepare for on-the-job coaching

The Person
- Certificate IV Commercial Cookery
- Great admin skills on the computer for menu management and costing.
- Previous experience in a similar event space environment
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- Flexible approach and attitude
- Flexible roster availability for meal periods between (Monday to Friday)
- Good communication skills
- Hard working
- Physically fit and reliable
