THE POSITION
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence
- Work hand-in-hand with the Supervisor to deliver smooth, efficient kitchen operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
- Support large-scale functions and volume catering with precision and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, stock control, and OH&S requirements
- Store Attendant: Efficiently manage stock, orders, and material handling with a focus on safety and accuracy including raising and processing purchase orders
THE PERSON
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (mandatory qualification Chef position only)
- Strong understanding of café-style cuisine and modern food trends (advantageous)
- Highly organised and efficient, thriving in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work confidently and independently
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP principles, and OH&S regulations, with experience in large-volume or function catering preferred
