We’re recruiting at RAAF Wagga and Blamey Barracks, Wagga Wagga and are looking for reliable people to join our established hospitality teams. Whether you’re an experienced chef or looking to build your skills in a supportive kitchen environment, we’d love to hear from you. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Positions

Chefs & Cooks
• Prepare and deliver high-quality, nutritious meals for Defence personnel
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation
• Work as part of a supportive, structured kitchen team
• Assist with menu execution, prep and service periods

Catering Support / Kitchen Hands
• Assist with simple food production (e.g. vegetable prep and basic kitchen tasks)
• Support kitchen operations and service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas

• Follow food safety and workplace procedures

Candidates will be required to undertake an Australian National Police Check. This will be paid for by the Company.
