The Position:
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in a busy, fast-paced kitchen at a premier ski resort
Follow menu plans and recipes set by the Head Chef, ensuring consistency and quality
Support daily kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and allergen protocols
Monitor portion control and assist in reducing food waste
Present dishes to a high standard with attention to detail
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and communicate effectively with front of house staff
The Person:
Chefs applicants must have a Cert III in Commercial Cookery
Experience working in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail in food preparation, presentation, and consistency
Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
Able to adapt dishes to suit dietary requirements and special requests
Knowledge of food safety standards, allergen management and infection control
