The Position
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests within the Lounge, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Clearing tables
- Loading and unloading service trolleys - glassware, cutlery, plates and crockery
- Clean all public areas
- Maintain and clean all areas within the Lounge
- Dispense, distil and store chemicals in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines
The Person
- Have an absolute “can do” attitude.
- You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Understanding of food safety requirements
- Ability to work under pressure
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Safety mindset
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance
