Our opportunity: 

As an essential services worker your role will be vital, and we’d love for you to be part of the team. We are currently seeking full time and part time Cleaners to work within our team at Royal Eye & Ear Hospital based in East Melbourne, VIC.

What we are looking for:

  • Experienced Cleaners from a commercial or hotel background would be highly regarded
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and ability to work independently and unsupervised as required
  • Experience with operating cleaning equipment, and an understanding of WHS within a cleaning environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Physically fit and reliable
  • Ability to comply with infection control policies and procedures in an aged care environment.

To be successful in the role you will need: 

  • A can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail as well as flexibility to move from one task to another
  • Previous experience in catering, front of house and cleaning is highly desirable but NOT essential
  • Flexibility to work across a Monday - Sunday 
  • COVID-19 Vaccination + Booster
  • National Police Check
