THE POSITION

If you are wanting to grow your skills and experience, this may be the role for you. Your day-to-day tasks might include:

• general hospital cleaning duties as required such as discharge cleaning, ward cleaning, collection of waste
• receiving work requests from our internal helpdesk team to assist with urgent cleans or additional tasks around the hospital
• use of carpet extractor and steam cleaning machines
• pressure washing of external surfaces and furniture

THE PERSON

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment is highly desirable
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Great communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Check Clearance and provide proof of immunity for vaccine preventable diseases
