We are recruiting casual Cleaners to join our team in Malabar (close to Matraville). Your duties will include but not limited to;

• Cleaning of hospital wards, patient rooms and outside areas
• Work as part of team
• Safe use of cleaning chemicals and cleaning tools
• Assist with other duties as required

Candidates will ideally have the following experience;

• Cleaning experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and ability to work independently and unsupervised as required.
• Experience operating cleaning equipment
• Demonstrated knowledge of, and adherence to, all applicable policies relating to Workplace Health and Safety, Manual Handling Practices and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

In line with the required legislation, a valid and current police clearance and flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain one) is required for this position.
