The role
We have permanent and casual housekeeping roles available at our BMA Villages in Moranbah and surrounds on a drive-in/drive-out or bus-in/bus-out basis. Rosters are either 14/7 or 9/5 enabling work-life balance.
The residents and guests at our village come back to their rooms after spending many hours working out in the heat to clean crisp sheets, a tidy room, freshly laundered towels and a clean shower that can wash away the grit of a hard day’s work.
And that’s all thanks to our amazing housekeeping team.
Housekeeping is not just about changing linen, cleaning bathrooms and restocking toiletries. It’s about creating an environment that lets allows our residents and guests to relax, rejuvenate and re-energise.
The person
- Housekeeping/cleaning experience desirable but willing to train new entrants
- Drivers licence and own reliable transport
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously when required
- Time savvy and ability to meet deadlines
- Physically fit and able to stand on their feet for upto 10 hours per day
