We are currently seeking our next Full Time Cleaning Supervisor to join the DeltaFM team Facilities Maintenance team based in South East Queensland. The role will commence from November 2024 with immediate starts preferred. This is a Full Time, Permanent ongoing position. Works will be across 24 of our locations, between Brendale & Noosa.

$70,000 Gross Per Annum + Superannuation

THE POSITION

  • Reporting to the Delta FM Accounts Manager
  • Leading a Facilities Maintenance Cleaning team of approximately 10 Cleaners across our 24 Unity Water locations from Brendale to Noosa
  • On-Site Cleaning supervision & managing the Day to Day servicing requirement of our facilities
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm ensuring we oversee both morning and afternoon staff
  • Full responsibility for supervising, motivating, training and co-ordinating staff
  • Provide guidance to the cleaning team in all aspects of their role including being directly involved in on-the-job training
  • Performing QA Cleaning Audits & stocktake levels of cleaning consumables
  • Work with colleagues and customers & communicate effectively in the workplace
  • Mobile phone & laptop provided, Company vehicle available for site visits

THE PERSON

  • Experience in a similar role - working in a commercial cleaning environment or facilities supervisor role
  • Ability to travel from Morayfield sites to Maroochydore sites
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence & own transport
  • National Police Clearance within 12 months
  • Able to undertake a Medical with Drug & Alcohol Test to be completed
  • Successful applicant is required to be adaptive to the needs of the business and work different shifts as necessary
