We’re recruiting a Communications Coordinator to work with our national Offshore & Remote team to develop communications specifically for both our clients and residents. The main focus for the role will be to focus on highlighting residents on the new benefits within the scope of works – kitchen upgrades, dining upgrades, new menus, health and wellbeing etc. A key focus will be on increased resident engagement through feedback, awareness, measuring employee sentiment, capture data and collate in to actionable items, and contract KPIs
The role has wide reaching responsibility for linking our client facing contract delivery teams, developing, and leading key performance monitoring processes and assisting in and leading the implementation of strategic projects across all assets
