We’re recruiting a Communications Coordinator to work with our national Offshore & Remote team to develop communications specifically for both our clients and residents.  The main focus for the role will be to focus on highlighting residents on the new benefits within the scope of works – kitchen upgrades, dining upgrades, new menus, health and wellbeing etc. A key focus will be on increased resident engagement through feedback, awareness, measuring employee sentiment, capture data and collate in to actionable items, and contract KPIs

The Position

The role has wide reaching responsibility for linking our client facing contract delivery teams, developing, and leading key performance monitoring processes and assisting in and leading the implementation of strategic projects across all assets 

  • Develop and create communications strategies, plans and approaches to help market the new kitchen build and upgraded menus
  • Position Compass as a group that listens, engages and acts on the voice of its people
  • Use existing compass collateral to maximise Compass’ Project message
  • Develop creative communication and marketing products that will maximise Compass’ Project message
  • Encourage engagement from workers and support their feedback
  • Plan and implement direct marketing approaches including targeting of messages and measurability, data analysis, market profiling and segmentation
  • Lead authorship of key communications on all Strategic Supplier Relationship routines and content
  • Preparing reports and presentations for executive, project teams and client meetings
  • Developing and project managing selected IFM communication improvement projects deliverables as they relate to the contract.

The Person

  • Minimum bachelors degree in Markets, Communications, Advertising (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and resolve issues as they arise
  • High level of business intelligence
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience working with senior decision makers
  • Proven ability to drive changes to internal culture or influence internal culture
  • Building awareness for key internal company initiatives (at mass scale)
  • Great communications skills in the form of mass communications and interpersonal communications
  • High level stakeholder engagement
  • Building community engagement through various marketing and comms channels (existing), driving that engagement and then collating that information
