Restaurant Associates are a team of world class hospitality and fine-cuisine professionals, delivering contemporary food solutions and service across leading corporations and iconic venues all across Australia.

THE ROLE:

• Deliver top-tier service by following local and global standards, overseeing event execution, food safety, hygiene, and ensuring flawless setups.
• Serve as the main contact for event logistics, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all events run smoothly from planning to execution.
• Assist with strategic resource allocation, scheduling staff based on business needs, and managing contingency teams to optimise productivity and budget.
• Engage with clients, customise service packages, handle inquiries, promote offerings, and ensure seamless participant registration and coordination.
• Step up as Dining Manager when needed, manage procurement for dining, and support compliance with health and safety standards.

THE PERSON:

• Hospitality degree preferred, demonstrable experience in Catering, event execution in a food & beverage environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and drive to interact with clients and senior executives
• Proficiency in using, MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook 365
• Excellent communication skills; Strong communication skills both oral and written 
• Demonstrates personal integrity, manages time well, and is highly visible in areas of responsibility
