We are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our support office based in Cannon Hill in Brisbane.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Contracts Administrator provides administration and commercial support to the team including:

• Provide accurate and timely month end closing processes through coordination and collation of monthly data from site for invoice preparation
• Maintenance and administration of all documents relating to site reporting and invoicing
• Support site operations through utilising various systems and data
• Conduct P&L reviews with sites on related performance for period and identify action areas
• Support to Operational Manager covering various financial and administration tasks
• Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks including compilation of Monthly Client Reports and the Quarterly Client Meetings presentations and associated reports
• Act as the point of contact for client for any commercial matters regarding invoicing
• Assist with building budgets/forecasts and financial plans

The Person

• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administration
• Previous working experience within a commercial accounting environment is highly desirable
• Cert II Business or tertiary qualification is highly desirable
• Experience using ORACLE accounting system highly regarded
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• A team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior management
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
