We are now searching for a Casual Cook to join our kitchen team based at Metro Rehab Hospital in Petersham.  Forming part of our friendly kitchen team, you will work closely with our lead Chefs to prepare, cook and serve our patients.

THE POSITION

• Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
• Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
• Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
• Stock control and rotation

THE PERSON

• Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S
• Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
• Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
• NPC:  Able to provide a national police check clearance and COVID vaccination certificate
