The Position

Here's a great opportunity for a passionate foodie to come and join our team as a Full Time Cook at the corporate office of a National Bank. This is a hands on role where you will ensure the food offered is delivered to an exceptional standard. 

Key responsibilities will also include:

• Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
• Prepare and present mouth-watering dishes 
• Assist FOH team in making coffee and in any tasks
• Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
• Cook breakfast and lunch for approximately 100 people each shift 
• Uphold the fantastic customer focus at all times, responding to feedback positively and proactively
• Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording 

To be successful in the role you will need: 

• Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
• Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
• Coffee making and customer service experience beneficial but not mandatory
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations

Applicant should have valid certifications in Commercial Cookery or similar course and a National Police clearance.
