Here's a great opportunity for a passionate foodie to come and join our team as a Casual Cook at Coles, Somerton. This is a hands on role where you will ensure the food offered is delivered to an exceptional standard. This opportunity is on a casual basis with the ability to receive more hours for replacing the weekly chef on leave or during extra functions. 

Key Duties

• Prepare and present mouth-watering dishes 
• Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
• Cook breakfast and lunch for approximately 100 people each shift 
• Uphold the fantastic customer focus at all times, responding to feedback positively and proactively
• Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording 

The Person

• Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
• Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
