The position:

We are seeking a number of experienced Cooks who are willing to support the Head Chef and assist the team in delivering an exceptional food services to our guests within this well-established hospital facility.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and maintain high standards of food services, dining operations & kitchen hygiene
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • The ability to cater for special events and functions
  • Checking all food is being prepared as per food requirements
  • Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility

The ideal candidate:

  • Attention to details and great time management skills
  • Strong work ethics – willing to be part of a dynamic team
  • Has a great knowledge for WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
  • Culinary certifications
  • Can do attitude and a desire to contribute
