The Position

• Basic food preparation
• Working a mix of shifts across cafe and functions
• Basic operations of dishwashing
• Help monitor and promote allergen and dietary considerations for our guests’ safety
• Be a ‘safety first’ advocate, ensuring you and your team head home in even better shape than when you arrived!

The Person:

• Experience in bulk cooking, whether in a hotel or café setting
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing presentations
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour
• Basic operations of dishwashing machines, pot washing and general hygiene duties
