THE POSITION

• Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings
• Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements
• Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved, and wastage is kept to a minimum
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

THE PERSON

• Availability to work part-time hours
• Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
• Ability to work autonomously
• Attention to detail and great time management is a must
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
