We are seeking a Full Time Client Service Attendant to join our team onsite at one of the most reputable multinational investment bank and financial services company based in the Melbourne CBD. 

Your day might look like this:

• Greet guests and accompany them to their appropriate boardrooms
• Make espresso coffees and prepare other beverages
• Deliver food and beverage service in a professional and at times discreet manner
• Ensure impeccable front of house presentation and to provde customer service at a high standard
• Respond to queries promptly and efficiently, liaising with administration team
• Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility 

The Person

• Proven first class customer experience – corporate waiter/receptionist, first class lounge or high end hotel background desired
• Experience from working in high end hotels, corporate or events environments
• Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
• Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast paced dynamic team
• Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation

In line with the required legislation, a valid and current national criminal record check will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
