We are looking for an experienced Corporate Food and Beverage specialists on a casual basis offering Monday - Friday shifts.

This role will be based on our client floor and have oversight of our meeting rooms, and boardroom events & functions. As a member of our professional Hospitality team, a welcoming and polished approach with a focus on excellent customer service will set you up for success. Your day to day will include silver service, espresso coffee orders, attending to meeting rooms, including both a la carte and event-style wait service. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-level food and beverage service during the daily operations of the firm’s client floor
  • Set up and pack down of meeting rooms, ensuring they are ready for service prior to conferences or events, including VIP board room lunches, breakfasts, morning or afternoon teas, lunches, cocktail parties and dinners.
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested by the F&B Manager
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of client and business requirement
  • Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility e.g. Reception relief

The Person

  • Strong work ethic – willing to learn and be a part of a fast-paced dynamic team
  • Passion for food & beverage service and guest engagement 
  • A hands-on approach with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent client service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times
  • General food and wine knowledge, Barista experience and knowledge of silver service (mandatory)
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
  • Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
  • Intermediate level of Computer literacy
