DeltaFM provides facility management support services to remote and metro clients across Australia. The Works Dispatch Officer works with the onsite Facilities Managers to help deliver Planned and Unplanned services in a timely fashion. This is achieved through the utilisation of in-house and sub-contracted trade staff. The role is based in a great office environment in Cannon Hill, Monday to Friday and offers flexible start and finish times. 

The Position

You will be responsible for ensuring the administration of contract compliance through the following:

  • Scheduling resources across multiple sites
  • Entry of Service Calls
  • Entry of Timesheets
  • Purchase Order Entry
  • Supplier / Contractor and Client Invoicing
  • Goods Receiving
  • Overdue Service Call management
  • Collect and compile asset register information
  • Generation of monthly Preventative Maintenance Work Packs
  • Conduct analysis and report on Work Order activity, Trade utilisation and KPIs
  • Provide system training to site users
  • Assist in mobilisations – setting up maintenance offices and the required workflows
  • Travel to site to fill in for site staff or mobilise new contracts
