Compass group is mobilising a new team as part of the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment.
THE POSITION
Mobilisation Period:
Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement comprehensive cleaning and waste management solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive project success.
Attend meetings and workshops to gather feedback, address concerns, and keep stakeholders informed.
Provide support and guidance to the project team and stakeholders, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.
Operations:
Supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring efficient completion of tasks to high standards.
Utilize your knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry, including equipment, materials, and methodologies, ideally within critical or hospital environments.
Assist in implementing cleaning schedules and procedures and coordinate with the Environmental Services Manager to address urgent cleaning needs and reactive work orders.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
Train and support cleaning staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating replenishment as needed.
Communicate regularly with staff and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing issues.
Support the Environmental Services Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.
Supervise shift changes and assist in team and client meetings.
THE PERSON
Strong communicator with the ability to manage relationships at various organizational levels.
