Fixed Term Opportunities 

Based in our Sydney Support Office in McMahons Point (with a hybrid work model), we currently have Fixed Term Contracts (a range of 4-12 month) opportunities due to an exciting time of change, innovation and growth. You will be working with a lively, fun bunch of people and join us in a pivotal moment of change around how we source, lead and manage our Talent and continue to find process improvements around our HR systems.

We are specifically looking for a Systems Specialist, to work with our Project team on the implementation and integration of Reejig into our business. This is a cutting-edge workforce intelligence platform and we couldn’t be more excited, this is game changing in how we will recruit, manage, develop and retain Talent in our business! You will need to be familiar with and have good knowledge PageUp.

A bit about the people we’re keen to hear from:

  • Experience in management, configuration & system enhancement of Workforce Systems ie PageUp, Deputy Time & Attendance, HireVue, MYOB
  • Demonstrated experience in HR Systems integration - Recruitment to Payroll (PayGlobal/MYOB) and Applicant Tracking System (PageUp)
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to establish and maintain a positive relationship with business stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills and conceptual thinking skills with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Visio and Word
  • Knowledge of SQL, Azure & API an advantage
  • Strong communication and customer service skills – both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated business process analysis and improvement experience, including the identification of business processes, documentation of processes and procedures and the implementation of improvements
