With so much growth on the horizon, Compass Group Recruitment team are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Event Operations Duty Manager to join our onsite team at the National Gallery of Victoria. This role will support the Event Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of facilitating a variety of functions in this premium location.

About the Role

• Support the Events Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of events catering
• Lead a team of Supervisors and Food & Beverage Attendants
• Ongoing training provided – we invest in our people!

About You

• Strong leadership skills; the ability to support, motivate, effectively manage, and communicate with a diverse team
• Demonstrated ability to tackle multiple priorities with a calm head
• Experience in a similar role highly desired
