As an events manager you will be reporting to the catering manager and will be responsible for end-to-end events and functions that take place at this prestigious school. You will be able to effortlessly negotiate your way around a function quote, plan it to a T and implement it with elegance and style. You will be supported by a full-time function’s supervisor as well as the food and beverage manager ensuring that your events are flawless from beginning to end. High attention to detail and an ability to communicate well with internal and external clients should come naturally.
This is a great opportunity to really take ownership of an events operation and state of the art spaces where we deliver a 5-star standard and at times you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and get involved. Your eye for detail and savvy, approachable manner will see you deliver some of the most spectacular bespoke events delivered at this site.
As part of this role you will also be responsible for the administration and distribution of our ordering and consumables program – supporting retail and other ordering across the site.
The Perks
Mostly Monday to Friday and day shifts with the expectation of supporting at other times when needed.
