 Key Deliverables 

• Establish and maintain safe food practices with a strong focus on allergen management
• Manage ordering, par levels, stock rotation processes and invoicing
• Effectively oversee multiple kitchens to ensure that they're performing to the highest standard including performance within budgets, management of safety outcomes and improved employee capability and engagement.
• Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation with an unwavering commitment to our brand standards and quality focus
• Proficiency working with Microsoft Suite

The Person 

• Australian Trade Certification or Cert III in Commercial Cookery (essential).
• Demonstrated ability to run and organise a large kitchen brigade with multiple outlets while achieving budget outcomes.
• Ability to lead, motivate, manage, and mentor members of your team to deliver exceptional outcomes
• High level of food safety standards and experience managing a HACCP certified kitchen.
• Strong focus on allergen management to keep our customers safe.
• Flexibility to work as needed across multiple kitchens, which will require you to lead from the front at times.
• The ability to keep calm while under pressure, multitask and make sure the job is done to the required standard.
