The Opportunity:

Join our SA Casual Pool as an Experienced Barista. Enjoy Monday–Friday shifts, a supportive team, and the chance to showcase your coffee skills in a fast-paced, professional environment serving a valued community.

The Position:

• Prepare and serve quality espresso coffee with consistency and care
• Calibrate and maintain coffee machines and grinders for optimal performance
• Operate a coffee bar including opening, closing, and cash handling
• Provide a warm, friendly, and efficient service to all customers
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Participate in stock rotation and stocktake when required

The Person:

• Proven barista experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Australian Citizen (Desirable but not required)
• Must hold a National Police Check (NPC) within the last 3 months
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) – desirable
• Must be available Monday to Friday
• Willingness to complete site induction prior to commencement
