We have several opportunities for Bar Staff, F&B Attendants, and Baristas to join the team. These casual roles will be front of house, customer facing roles working a flexible roster with hours of operation between 6am to 9pm across 7 days.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year Hospitality experience either cafe/restaurant, or hotel background
• Knowledge of food handling/food service 
• We need several experienced Baristas who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees, with speed! (Latte art would be a bonus)
• We need experienced bar staff (that can make a mean cocktail !!)
• High level of personal presentation, with excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Experience in POS and cash handling 
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends 

The successful applicants will be required to provide a current Australian National Police Clearance - or be willing to obtain. Proof of COVID vaccinations will also be a requirement of the roles.
