The person:

• Ready and able to work long shifts (11-12 hours a day)
• Open driver's licence (C or C-A or HR Class)
• Experience is preferred but not essential
• Covid vaccination certification
• National police clearance
• Minimum Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety only for HSEQ roles
• Commercial Cookery Cert or Trade Cert required for Chefs and Cooks roles
