Salary: $95,969 + Superannuation + Allowances

The Role

This is a hands‑on chef role where you’ll be preparing and serving meals for teams working in remote sites across Western Australia. You’ll be part of a professional kitchen crew, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and service in unique environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce high‑quality dishes across all sections, meeting dietary requirements and guest preferences
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene protocols
• Collaborate with fellow chefs and catering staff to deliver smooth service during peak hours
• Adapt to different kitchens and environments while consistently delivering excellent dining experiences

About You

• Full working rights in Australia
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques
• Effective communicator and team player
• Able to pass pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and national police clearance
• Flexible and resilient to work on a FIFO/DIDO roster
