Salary $95,969 + Superannuation + Allowances

• 14/7 roster FIFO/DIDO from Perth

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

The Position

• Prepare and cook dishes across all sections whilst adhering to dietary standards and guest preferences
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene protocols
• Collaborate with culinary staff and adapt to different situations in the kitchen while consistently delivering exceptional service

The Person

• Must have full working rights in Australia
• Must hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
• Must have a sound knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques
• Must be able to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
