Your Role: 

• 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth – a great work-life balance
• Hands-on leadership across a tight-knit team
• Ownership of dining operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service
• Build strong client relationships and represent 28 Villages on-site
• Accountable for ordering, stock control, budgets, mentoring and training
• Get creative with buffet-style menus for Breakfast, Crib, Lunch, Dinner & Desserts
• Drive excellence in food presentation, flavour and flair
• Maintain high standards in food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance
• Keep wastage low and quality high through smart catering controls

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef
• A passion for great food—and the creativity to keep things exciting
• Experience in bulk catering or similar environments
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, menu writing, cost control & rostering
• Commitment to safe, hygienic work practices

Role Requirements

• Chef Qualification - Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
• Manual driver’s licence
• Food Safety Supervisor 
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
• Ability to pass medical and drug/alcohol screening
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
