The Opportunity

We are currently accepting Expressions of Interest for multiple FIFO Site Manager roles across our remote operations in Western Australia.

These opportunities suit experienced and driven site or operations leaders with strong hospitality and facilities management backgrounds who thrive in a FIFO environment and are passionate about people, safety, and service delivery.

As a FIFO Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the overall management of remote village sites, overseeing multiple departments and ensuring contractual, financial, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of site operations, including Catering, Cleaning, Facilities, and Administration
• Provide strong leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and high performance
• Ensure delivery of high-quality service outcomes aligned with client and company expectations
• Manage site budgets with a strong understanding of food costing, waste management, and cost control
• Maintain compliance with company policies, HSEQ standards, and contractual requirements
• Oversee rosters, workforce planning, and team development across departments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Monitor site performance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure all health, safety, food safety (HACCP), and security procedures are followed at all times

About You

• Previous experience managing a medium to large site, village, hotel, or hospitality operation
• Strong operational background across catering, cleaning, and facilities services
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams in a FIFO or fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially focused with experience in financial reporting and budget management
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills
• Proactive, resilient, and adaptable to changing operational needs
• FIFO experience is highly regarded
