ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote workers, providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.

The Position

In a period of growth, we are looking to extend our Site Management teams across our remote mine sites in WA. Implementing and continuously improving our culinary and cleaning services you will be working closely with senior operations to deliver contractual obligations. Your focus will be to manage a diverse team across all departments to provide an enhanced, standardised service.

This position is heavily involved in people management and ensuring that safety and people are our number 1!

The Person

Previous experience managing a medium to large site with knowledge of both culinary and cleaning services.
Exceptional communication and relationship building abilities.
Maintain a positive team culture.
Experience with financial reporting and be commercial and contract focused.
Demonstrated background of delivering profitable business results.
Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and deliver superior service levels.
Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills whilst thinking on your feet.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety, a strong commitment to safety to ensure targets are safely achieved.
Sound Knowledge of HACCP.
Ability to adapt quickly to ongoing business needs.
