Reporting directly to the Manager-Finance Planning and Analysis, we’re looking for an exceptional Financial Planning Analyst to work in this highly visible and business facing position. This role requires someone who can engage with stakeholders at all levels and across a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll be working in a friendly and supportive team environment and have exposure to all aspects of the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of monthly management reports, compile detailed sales & retention analysis and financial insights for leadership team
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of budgets, forecasts and strategic planning
  • Identify and develop process improvements to increase efficiency within the team and the wider business
  • Provision of ad-hoc analysis to support Executives and senior stakeholders
  • Assist with Key Financial Control Compliance

The Person:

Ideally you will be CA/CPA qualified, or currently completing your studies towards this qualification, with 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment. You will also have:

  • Proven experience in Financial and dashboard modelling skills
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of MS Office products, with advance Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Experience handling and analysing complex, high volume data with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and demonstrated facilitation skills
